So it is. Looks like they've screwed up the DNS records.
Can you explain in more detail what you think may have gone awry?
All I know is the MX (mail exchange) record had vanished so email clients couldn't connect. Perhaps they were doing an update and screwed up. I don't know if web mail was affected.
